Regional and partner delivery

Regional PowerSchool SIS services through configured partners.

Regional delivery means a configured IU, BOCES, consortium, ESA, or PowerSchool specialist remains the trusted local expert while PSUG.pro provides the operational platform: intake, tickets, agents, workflows, and a district workspace. PSUG.pro may also deliver services directly where no regional partner is configured. This page does not invent nationwide partner coverage.

Problems this service addresses

Regional agencies already have the relationships
Districts trust the IU or BOCES they already call. They should not have to abandon that relationship to get a modern workspace.
Building a full service stack is expensive
Help-desk software, after-hours coverage, monitoring, and agent infrastructure are a large build for a small regional team.
Directories imply coverage that is not real
Empty state pages and implied nationwide benches mislead districts. PSUG.pro only lists configured or sourced organizations.

Concrete deliverables

  • Four published partner relationships: PSUG Pros, Regional Advisor Partners, Referral/Sales Partners, and Powered Partners
  • Partner-retained district relationships and regional expertise
  • PSUG.pro infrastructure for tickets, agents, and approved automation
  • The ability to begin with a few districts and one service
  • A public directory that distinguishes direct delivery from configured partners
  • No claim that partner staff handle every routine ticket
District authorization
The district still authorizes SIS access. Partners operate only for assigned districts and approved services. Referral partners do not receive SIS credentials by virtue of a referral.
Role of agents
Agents handle intake, follow-up, monitoring, and approved SIS work so the regional team is not the bottleneck on every routine item.
Role of authorized humans
Authorized partner or district staff provide judgment, approval, and escalation when the work requires it. They are not described as staffing every ticket.

Direct and regional-partner delivery

See the partner directory for organizations actually published in the product. Direct PSUG.pro delivery covers U.S. districts that are not assigned to a regional partner. Powered Partners may present the same platform under their own brand.

Begin with a few districts and one service

Keep the regional relationship. Use PSUG.pro for the operating layer.
