Regional and partner delivery
Regional PowerSchool SIS services through configured partners.
Regional delivery means a configured IU, BOCES, consortium, ESA, or PowerSchool specialist remains the trusted local expert while PSUG.pro provides the operational platform: intake, tickets, agents, workflows, and a district workspace. PSUG.pro may also deliver services directly where no regional partner is configured. This page does not invent nationwide partner coverage.
Problems this service addresses
Concrete deliverables
- Four published partner relationships: PSUG Pros, Regional Advisor Partners, Referral/Sales Partners, and Powered Partners
- Partner-retained district relationships and regional expertise
- PSUG.pro infrastructure for tickets, agents, and approved automation
- The ability to begin with a few districts and one service
- A public directory that distinguishes direct delivery from configured partners
- No claim that partner staff handle every routine ticket
Direct and regional-partner delivery
See the partner directory for organizations actually published in the product. Direct PSUG.pro delivery covers U.S. districts that are not assigned to a regional partner. Powered Partners may present the same platform under their own brand.
Begin with a few districts and one service
Keep the regional relationship. Use PSUG.pro for the operating layer.
