Managed SIS operations

Managed PowerSchool SIS operations for district teams.

Managed PowerSchool SIS services give a district one operating workspace for ongoing SIS work: support intake, administration requests, monitoring, approved automation, and human review. PSUG.pro is the services platform. Work may be delivered directly by PSUG.pro or through a configured regional partner. It is not a replacement for PowerSchool’s official support entitlement.

Problems this service addresses

SIS work is scattered across inboxes
Reporting questions, extract failures, plugin requests, and data-quality exceptions often live in email threads with no shared status.
Capacity disappears during peak seasons
Scheduling, end-of-year, and state-reporting windows concentrate work that a small SIS team cannot absorb alone.
Monitoring is informal
Districts discover broken extracts, stale access, or server issues after a school or vendor is already blocked.

Concrete deliverables

  • A district workspace for tickets, approvals, and service status
  • SIS-aware agents that intake, organize, monitor, and prepare work
  • Day-to-day SIS administration within the district’s authorized scope
  • Data-quality and technical-update monitoring where enabled
  • Server-health monitoring where hosting or monitoring is enabled
  • State reporting readiness reviews during configured windows
  • Quoted project work for reports, extracts, plugins, and customizations
  • A recorded trail of requests, approvals, and outcomes
District authorization
District administrators control which people, agents, and workflows may access PowerSchool. Sensitive SIS-impacting actions require authorized human approval. PSUG.pro does not assume SIS access by default.
Role of agents
Agents answer common questions, assemble context, watch configured checks, draft follow-up, and route work. They do not approve sensitive changes or act outside the district’s permissions.
Role of authorized humans
Authorized district staff, a designated Advisor, a vetted Pro, or a configured regional partner provide judgment, approval, and escalation. Agents do the operational preparation; people decide what happens next.

Direct and regional-partner delivery

PSUG.pro can deliver managed operations directly to U.S. school districts. Where a Regional Advisor Partner or Powered Partner is configured, that partner remains the regional expert and human escalation point. Referral partners introduce districts and do not operate the service layer.
