District authorization
District authorization is required. A district administrator grants the specific SIS access required for the task. Agents and service staff work only inside that grant. Production changes that affect students, staff, or reporting remain subject to human approval.
Role of agents
The SIS Assistant Agent (and Advisor specialist agents where enabled) collect the request, gather screens and public documentation, prepare a recommended path, and keep the ticket current.
Role of authorized humans
Authorized district staff approve the work. A vetted Pro, designated Advisor, PSUG.pro specialist, or configured regional partner performs or reviews the SIS change when judgment is required.

Direct and regional-partner delivery
