Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. A purchased PSUG Credit pack may be refunded in full within 14 days only if none of that pack has been used. Partially used packs are non-refundable. Included credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Included Support and Professional Services
This section describes the human-support model for paid district subscriptions. The District Master Service Agreement contains the same service boundary.
Start with PSUG.pro. We investigate the issue first and resolve it through our agents, workflows, and experts when we can. If the issue belongs with PowerSchool Support, we will help manage that escalation. If it requires a separate professional-services project, we will identify that clearly and provide a scope and price before any billable work begins.
Included PSUG.pro Support
Paid district subscriptions include unlimited issue submission and initial triage; agent and workflow investigation; diagnostics and troubleshooting; human expert escalation when needed; and reasonable configuration corrections and small remediation. PSUG.pro may apply up to approximately 60 minutes of hands-on human expert resolution effort per distinct SIS support issue. That guideline applies to hands-on SIS operational support. It is not a prepaid hour bank and is not "one hour of support."
Related requests arising from the same underlying issue may be treated as one distinct support issue. Diagnosis and triage are included. You will not be charged solely to determine what is wrong or whether PowerSchool escalation is appropriate.
PSUG.pro platform incidents, including account, billing, login, and defects in PSUG.pro or included PSUG.pro-hosted environments, remain included until resolved, regardless of time required. The 60-minute guideline does not apply to those platform incidents.
PowerSchool Support Escalation
If an issue cannot reasonably be resolved within normal PSUG.pro Support and appears covered by your existing PowerSchool support entitlement, PSUG.pro should escalate rather than convert the work into billable consulting. Where you authorize it and it is permitted, PSUG.pro may prepare and submit the PowerSchool support case, document reproduction steps and diagnostics, communicate with PowerSchool Support, track the case, coordinate information requests, review responses, help validate resolution, and keep you informed. If PSUG.pro cannot submit on your behalf, we will prepare the case for your submission and continue helping manage it.
You are responsible for maintaining your own PowerSchool support agreement or other applicable PowerSchool support entitlement. PSUG.pro will not access District or vendor support accounts, or submit cases on your behalf, without the required authorization. PowerSchool controls its own response times, decisions, fixes, and service levels. PSUG.pro cannot guarantee PowerSchool's resolution or timing.
Scoped professional services
Substantial work that is neither normal included support nor reasonably covered by PowerSchool Support — including custom development, major configuration projects, significant data remediation, migrations, major new integrations or workflows, custom plugins, and other substantial deliverables — is outside the subscription unless an order form or statement of work expressly includes it. No separately billable scoped work begins until you explicitly approve the scope and price. PSUG.pro will not surprise bill included support, diagnosis, triage, or PowerSchool escalation assistance.
Advisor subscriptions
Advisor also includes a designated SIS Advisor, a monthly SIS operations review, normal Advisor escalations, and ongoing guidance, subject to the same distinction among included support, PowerSchool escalation, and separately quoted scoped work.
Marketplace Provider Terms (Pros and Partners)
If you publish or sell services, assets, workflows, plugins, apps, retainers, or other offerings through the marketplace, you are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and compliance of your listing content and delivery.
- You represent and warrant that your listings, files, code, media, and service deliverables are not stolen, infringing, unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of any contract or third-party rights.
- You are responsible for all required licenses, permissions, disclosures, and legal/regulatory compliance related to your offerings and customer engagements.
- You must provide clear and accurate scope, prerequisites, pricing, renewal terms, exclusions, and delivery expectations before making an offering available for purchase.
- A platform fee of 30% applies to gross marketplace revenue for listings and services sold through psug.pro, including one-time and recurring charges, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- Payouts are issued according to the provider payout schedule after payment clearance and are subject to reserves, refunds, disputes/chargebacks, tax documentation requirements, and compliance review.
We may suspend, remove, or restrict any listing or provider account at our discretion for policy violations, legal risk, customer safety concerns, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
