PowerSchool reports, extracts, plugins and customizations.

Custom reports, vendor roster extracts, plugins, admin helper pages, and related PowerSchool customizations. Authorized staff request the work in a ticket. On Pro and Advisor, the SIS Assistant handles it and can work in the SIS when that access is enabled.

This work uses PSUG Credits. Work we expect to take more than an hour is often scoped and priced before it starts.

District authorization
Customizations that write data, change pages, or expose new fields require administrator approval. Work is performed in the environment the district designates.
Role of agents
On Pro and Advisor, the SIS Assistant collects the request and can build in the SIS when the district enables that access. The agent does not install a plugin until an administrator approves it.
Role of authorized humans
A district administrator approves SIS access and any change that writes data or changes pages. The district accepts the result before it is treated as production.
