This service covers discrete SIS build work: custom reports, vendor roster extracts, plugins, admin helper pages, and related customizations. It is quoted when the work is a project. Credits measure AI usage; they are not consulting hours.

District authorization
Customizations that write data, change pages, or expose new fields require administrator approval. Work is performed in the environment the district designates.
Role of agents
Agents collect requirements, compare them to existing Marketplace items, and prepare a ticket a Pro or partner can estimate. They do not deploy unapproved plugins.
Role of authorized humans
A vetted Pro, PSUG.pro specialist, or regional partner designs and implements the customization. The district accepts the result before it is treated as production.
Direct and regional-partner delivery
Direct delivery and Pro Marketplace fulfillment are available without a regional partner. Partners can productize repeatable reports and workflows for the districts they serve.
