PSUG Pro Workflows connects your PowerSchool server to scheduled automation that monitors SIS data and sends actionable email digests to the staff you designate, without pulling student or staff names into PSUG Pro systems. Install the Experience Plugin in PowerSchool, enable the alerts you want, and manage contacts and schedules from an in-product preferences portal. Workflows run on a secure hosted automation platform using read-only PowerQueries and limited OAuth access, not the PowerSchool V1 REST API, because we treat student privacy as a design requirement, not an afterthought. Included today: eleven standardized alert workflows across fees, attendance, grades, schedules, behavior, and data quality. Roadmap: additional workflows ship as part of your subscription, delivered through plugin updates at no extra per-workflow fee. District-specific custom automation is available as a separate professional services engagement.

Trial period (14 days) A 14 day trial is included. During the trial, PSUG Pro will provide access to the Experience Plugin, Workflow Preferences portal, and hosted services so you can evaluate the offering. If an active subscription is not started by the end of the trial period, the hosted services will stop functioning. This means scheduled workflow runs, preferences portal access, and related hosted integrations may be disabled until a subscription is activated. You may uninstall the Experience Plugin from PowerSchool at any time. Subscription model PSUG Pro Workflows is sold as a recurring subscription for your PowerSchool server (or agreed scope of servers). Unless your order specifies otherwise, the subscription continues on a recurring basis and is billed until you cancel in accordance with these terms and your agreement. Access includes the Experience Plugin, hosted alert runners, Workflow Preferences portal, and all new standardized workflows released during your active subscription term (delivered via plugin updates as described in the offering description). Custom workflow development and other professional services are not included in the base subscription unless explicitly quoted and ordered separately.
